Experience

 

Lead Artist, Storm8  

2021- Present
Oversaw art production for company's Live Operations department. Trained and provided day-to-day guidance for new department hires, updated style and technical guides for new hires and outsourcing teams as needed. Maintained communication with Game Design department to establish outsourcing budget and timelines, provided visual direction for up to four outsourcing teams simultaneously to ensure a high level of quality on all assets. Tested multiple outsourcing studios to find good fits for specific game titles. Maintained communication with in-house Art Team and Game Design to visualize content for game events, assign tasks, establish timelines, and maintain file setup and records for easy reference.

Senior Artist, Storm8  

2012 - 2021
Directed look and feel of limited time promotions for five different games, provided daily direct assistance to Art Director, created and delegated assets for animation team, created visual targets and style guides for multiple games, and aided other artists in learning software and maintaining a game’s visual style.
